Our products are shipped and delivered on working days, from monday to friday. We can only guarantee our quality shipping if the proper address is indicated.

The shipping service does not consider a scheduling option as the delivery will be made without previous contact by the shipping company

An order  is considered carried out or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Inspecting the package

At the moment of delivery, you should verify the package and the product as means of evaluating possible damages. If the products are damaged, you shouldn’t accept the delivery of the goods, which should be returned immediately. The online store will proceed with the refund of the values paid for the order and transport as soon as it is received in our installations and the return process is complete.

The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order it is not returned within 30 days.

In certain situations free shipping shall be considered. If the consumer makes an order which value is bigger than the minimum value defined for its country or campaign, the shipping will be made with no extra cost, in other words, freely.

Information about refunds

In the case that the motive of the return is justified by the existence of a defect or non conformity with the products ordered, the will support the expenses related to shipping and return. In the case that the return was made by motives not related to the justified existence of defect or non conformity of the ordered products, we will not refund shipping costs.

Refunds will be made based on the payment method. If the customer makes the payment by reference to an ATM, it is necessary that the customer gives his bank details to our Customer Service, at the moment in which the return process begins. This indication is necessary so that we can proceed with the refund of the money to your account. The customer will receive a refund after the product(s) have been returned and processed.

Conditions applicable to Promotional Codes (Discounts)

When used according to established laws, a promotion code allows the user to enjoy a discount relating to the purchase of a specific product or for a set of products, during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign

Promotional codes can only be used in orders made on our website. It is strictly forbidden the sale, trade or donation of a promotional code 

The use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not allowed.

The use of the promotional code is conditioned only to one use per product and per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers. 

Promo codes are not exchangeable for cash.

Without prejudice to any other rights, may have/has the right to immediately invalidate the promotional code if we have a reason to suspect that a promotional code is being used: in violation of the above mentioned assumptions, by usurpation or in other cases where has reasons to do so.


The fulfillment of all orders placed on our network of websites is subject to availability. retailers try to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, we reserve the right to not accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In this case, we will inform the customer of this fact and proceed with the refund of the paid amount

We take the necessary precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products presented on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which the product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions 

Refusal of orders can also be result of other reasons such as:

• Product out of stock.

• Inability to obtain payment authorization.

But, we cannot be held accountable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you may have provided when accessing or ordering from our website.

After your order has been registered, the payment is confirmed and all the products ordered are available, undertakes to ship, observing the following conditions:

In mainland Portugal, within 4 to 5 days, if your order is registered before 1 pm.

In the archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, within a maximum period of 7 working days.

In the European Union (except Portugal), within a maximum period of 7 working days.



These general conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the website or any purchase on the same shall be governed by Portuguese law.


As a customer, you have the right to return your order placed on our online store within 30 days from the date of receipt, at no cost to you on a first return, as long as you use our carrier.

Conditions of Returns

Return by defect:

The customer is entitled to a refund if the products supplied are found to have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered. After the notification of a defect, the product must keep the identification tag. will analyze the returned product and inform the customer of the respective refund (if applicable). If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying the return, the full amount paid will be refunded, including delivery costs (if applicable).

Return by dissatisfaction:

The customer may, if not satisfied with the products supplied, return them. However, the right to return only occurs as long as the products:

• Have not been washed or used. The customer has the right to try on the products to test the size and shape, but cannot use them.

• Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged).

• Are complete (eg both items in a pair must be returned)

• Have not been tampered with and still have the identification tag

Trading a product:

As a customer, you have the right to exchange your order placed on our online store for an item of a different color and/or size, within 15 days from the date of receipt, at no additional cost to you in the first exchange, as long as you use the same carrier. reserves the right to refuse exchanges communicated or sent outside the established deadline, or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased.

To return or exchange the pieces that you ordered in the online store, you will have to exclusively use the return/exchange services that we make available at the online store. If you need additional help, you can contact us through our Customer Service.

If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products, will not reimburse the delivery costs.

Methods of refunding

You can choose to be refunded via a discount coupon or via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Discount coupon:

If you opt for the discount coupon, a code will be sent to your email to deduct the refund amount from a next order.

This code must be entered in the "Discount codes" field on the shopping cart page and when applied it will be deducted from the total of the new order.

Original payment method:

1. When paying by Paypal, the refund is credited to your Paypal account and will be immediately available.

2. In the case of payment by bank transfer, you will be asked for your bank details (Bank Routing Number and SWIFT) and the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Procedures and expenses of transport in the case of return:

The cost of transport is borne by the customer in case of return.

We refund the shipping costs of orders that contain defective products.

If in an order of multiple products only one product has a problem, reimbursement of transport costs is not applicable.

When returning an order, you must pack it securely and send it by our carrier to the address indicated.
